Notably, he played a pivotal role in advancing the business growth of Indorama Corporation and Indorama Ventures during his tenure from 1990 until September 2022.

Within his career, he spearheaded various growth oriented initiatives such as strategic process control and product-related initiatives across a range of textile products, including Polyester Chips, PET Resin, Polyester Staple Fibres (including Hollow Fibres), Recycled Fibre, and Polyester Filament Yarns. He notably developed state-of-the-art R&D laboratories certified under ISO-17025 standards and improved measurement system analysis capabilities while upgrading measurement equipment through collaborations with leading suppliers like Tex Techno, Lenzing, Fischer, Minolta, Shimadzu, Agilent, and more.

Mr. Srivastava has also been instrumental in the development of high-end Polyester yarn and Fibre products tailored for critical applications in the automotive, upholstery, non-woven, technical, active wear, and performance fabrics sectors. His leadership has led to successful product and process certifications across multiple plants in Southeast Asia.

Furthermore, his commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction has resulted in long-term business associations with prestigious clients in Indonesia, the USA, the UK, the European Union, Japan, and India. His hands-on experience with various process technologies, such as Zimmer, DuPont, Barmag, TMT, Toyobo, Murata, and Fleissener, underscores his technical prowess.

In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Srivastava has effectively managed the Industrial Engineering function to achieve cost savings and led the implementation of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools at the site level. He has also played a vital role in developing the skills of professionals from diverse nationalities, enabling them to assume higher responsibilities in the industry.
